A special meeting of the Lynn Haven Planning Commission was held on Tuesday, May 2, 2006, at 5:00 p.m. in the City Commission meeting room.

Mr. Billy Tolson, Chairperson, called the meeting to order at 5:10 p.m.
COMPREHENSIVE PLAN TEXT AMENDMENT:
Due to a lack of a quorum, the meeting was opened for general discussion only. The topic of discussion were the proposed Comprehensive Plan Text Amendment changes. Ms. Gail Easley of The Gail Easley Company gave a power point presentation to highlight the areas of the text amendments that were involved in the proposed changes and addressed questions from the Board. Additional changes were suggested by the Board and Ms. Easley stated that she would present an errata sheet to the Board showing those changes at the May 16, 2006 Joint Workshop.
With there being no further business or discussion, the meeting was adjourned at 7:00 p.m.
