A.L. Kinsaul Park

The park is located by the water at the west end of 5th Street. Prior to the construction of the Community Center, this park held the City's Baseball/Softball Fields.

The new plans for the park include:

  • Lighted Softball Field
  • Walking Trail
  • Restrooms
  • Concession Stand
  • Lighted Multi-purpose Field
  • Picnic Pavilion
  • Boat Ramp
  • Marina

Cain-Griffin Park

The Cain-Griffin Park was previously a large baseball field. It is located at 17th and Illinois Avenue.

The City has been awarded a grant which will allow us to develop the park into a wonderful community park. The 6.8 acre park will offer the following:

  • 2 lighted tennis courts
  • 2 lighted basketball courts
  • Playground
  • 2 Restrooms
  • 3 Lighted picnic pavilions
  • Consession Stand
  • Duck Pond
  • Volleyball
  • Walking/biking path
  • Stage
  • Lighted baseball field
  • Shuffleboard

Leslie Porter Wayside Park

Leslie Porter Park is a 13 acre waterfront park with a sandy beach that attracts sunbathers and swimmers alike. The park is located on Ohio Avenue at the foot of the bridge to Southport.

Facilities include:

  • 4 Boat Ramps
  • Handicap accessible playground
  • 5 Picnic shelters
  • Restrooms
  • Saltwater sandy beach
  • Lighted fishing bridge
  • Beach volleyball court

Memorial Park

Located at 8th and Georgia Avenue the park features:

Civil War Monument:

Monument The only Civil War Monument in the South to honor Union Veterans. He is a fully uniformed Union Soldier facing North.

History of the Monument

The Lynn Haven Garden Club holds their annual Memorial Day Celebration at this park every year.

The park is 1.1 acres.

James E. Rogers Park

James E. Rogers Park is located in the Bel-Aire subdivision on Floyd Drive.

The park offers:

  • 2 Lighted tennis courts
  • Lighted basketball court
  • Beach volleyball court
  • Playground

Pine Forest Park

Pine Forest Park Pine Forest Park is 1.8 acres of open space with lush grass and tall pine trees for the enjoyment of the residents of Pine Forest Estates.

Sharon J. Sheffield Park

Sharon Sheffield Park is a focal point in the community which hosts many of the City's Special Events. The park is located at 9th and Ohio across the street from City Hall. It is heavily shaded by a beautiful variety of trees and is a Tree Species Identification Park. Identification pamphlets are available to the public from the Lynn Haven Library.

The park is open year round and may be reserved for parties and non-profit organizations.
