LYNN HAVEN CANVASSING BOARD
APRIL 24, 2006 - 10:00 A.M.
Chairman Hughes reconvened the Canvassing Board at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, April 24, 2006 to count the provisional ballot. The meeting was held at the Bay County Elections Center located at 205 Mosley Drive in Lynn Haven and was open to the public.

Mark Andersen, Bay County Supervisor of Elections, called the meeting to order for the canvassing board and explained that the purpose of the meeting was to tally 1 provisional ballot received on April 18, 2006. The Canvassing Board verified the signature and the ballot was manually entered by SOE staff.
The final certified totals are as follows:
For Mayor:
Walter T. Kelley 1,100 votes
Richard T. Walker 626 votes
For Commission Seat #1:
Frances Wittkopf 1,151 votes
Anna Vera Yingling 547 votes
For Commission Seat #2:
Antonius G. Barnes 1,059 votes
James Dean 656 votes
The total ballots cast 1,729.
Certificates of Election were presented to the Canvassing Board for review. New totals were compared to the original tally sheet and the Canvassing Board accepted and signed the Certification sheet.
There was no further business to discuss and the meeting was adjourned at 10:29 a.m.
