To: Assistant Chief Dennis Kiah Dear Chief, I would like to nominate Investigator Robin Kathrens for Officer of the year. Investigator Kathrens is a dedicated officer and an excellent Investigator, and does not know the meaning of the word "quit". She leads the entire Lynn Haven Police Department in number of arrests. Investigations sometimes require long hours and unexpected schedule changes. When asked, Investigator Kathrens reply is "where do you need me and when".
