Introducing our new Online and Telephone Payment Options
The City of Lynn Haven has partnered with Paymentus, and is now offering two new payment options for paying utility bills. Both options, Online Payment and Phone Payment, will accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and E-Check.
All payments made through these two options will process to your utility account on the next business day if payment is made by 7:00 p.m. CST.
To make a payment, you will need your utility account number and customer number which can both be found on your utility bill.
If paying by E-Check you will also need your bank account number and routing number. If you don’t know your bank numbers, you can find them on your checks, or you may call your bank and ask for them.
The service fee per transaction is $2.25, and will be added to each payment amount. Each transaction can be no more than $160.00. You may make multiple payments, but you will incur a $2.25 service fee per transaction.
To make your utility payment online, visit the City of Lynn Haven website at www.cityoflynnhaven.com and click on the “Make a payment” link.
You may make a one-time payment, or you may enroll by clicking on the “Sign up Now” link in the Customer Dashboard.
For the automated telephone payment service, simply dial 1-855-748-3083 (toll free) and follow the instructions.
Account balances are NOT updated on a daily basis. If you have any questions regarding your balance, please contact a Customer Service Representative at (850) 265-2121.
If your service has been disconnected or is due to be disconnected, you will need to speak to a Customer Service Representative at 850-265-2121 before using the online or automated phone payment options.
