Pay in Person to Water Department
Payments can be made in person at 817 Ohio Ave from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m, Monday through Friday. Please note, the office is closed for all City observed Holidays. Cash, Check, and Credit Cards are accepted (there is a $3.00 fee to use your credit card. All major credit cards are accepted EXCEPT for American Express).
There is also a Drop box located in front of the Customer Service Center to drop off payments.
Drive Thru (New Option)- Payments can be made by check, credit card, or cash in our brand new Drive Thru.
Make a utility payment online now. You may enroll by clicking on the “Register” link in the Citizen Self Service Dashboard. Once you have created a user account you may log in for future payments.
For the automated telephone payment service, simply dial 1-855-748-3083 (toll free) and follow the instructions.
- Account balances are not updated on a daily basis. If you have any questions regarding your balance, please call a customer service representative at 850-265-2121.
- If your service has been disconnected or is due to be disconnected, you will need to speak to a customer service representative by calling 850-265-2121 before using the online or automated phone payment options.
