RESOLUTION NO. 2026-01-514

WHEREAS, the City Commission of theCity of Lynn Haven, Florida, after properadvertising and holding public hearings on the budget for fiscal year 2025-2026, did on 
September 23, 2025, adoptsaid budget; and 

WHEREAS, the City of Lynn Haven, Florida, setforth the appropriations, revenues and 
other sources estimated for thebudget for fiscal year 2025-2026 in theamount of $61,858,708. 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of theCity of Lynn 
Haven, Florida, that thefollowing amendments to the fiscal year 2025-2026 budget are hereby 
approved and adopted.

SECTION 1. Thefiscal year 2025-2026 amended final budget be adopted as follows:
