RESOLUTION NO. 2026-01-515

WHEREAS,theCityof Lynn Haven, Florida(theCity”)is committedto providing servicesand recovering some of the costs of providing such services from serviceusers;

WHEREAS,theCity Commission, after consideration of theservicefeescharged byother 
similarly situated citiesand thecostsof providing such services,has found thatcostrecoveryand 
servicefees arein the bestinterests of the City and its residents, areequitable, and do notimposean 
unfair burdenon any citizen; and

WHEREAS,theCity, through its homerulepowers, theFloridaStatutes, theCity of LynnHaven Codeof Ordinances(the“Code”), andOrdinances, 614, 615, 693, 877&987 has theauthorityto settheamountof costrecovery and user feesand to publish such fees inAppendix“A”of theCode. 

NOW, THEREFORE,BEITRESOLVED bytheCity Commissionof theCityof Lynn Haven, 
Florida that Appendix“A”of the Code beamended as follows:
