WHEREAS,theCityhas solicitedthreequotesfor thedemolition and 
reconstruction ofthestairs andcatwalk for the City’s Wastewater Treatmentplant,
inaccordance with Section 4.05.1 oftheCity’s ProcurementPolicy;and

WHEREAS,Staffrecommendthe City enter anagreementwith EPSSSupply &Fabrication,LLC,the lowestresponsiveandresponsible bidder.

NOWTHEREFOREBEITRESOLVED thatthe appropriateofficers oftheCity are authorizedtoacceptand deliveronbehalfoftheCitythatcertainAgreementbetweentheCity andEPSSSupply &Fabrication,LLCrelatingtothedemolitionandreconstructionofstairsand catwalk for a tankattheCity’sWastewaterTreatmentPlant,for the total amountofFifty TwoThousand,Two 
HundredFifty and00/100Dollars($52,250.00),insubstantially theform ofthe 
quoteattached asExhibitAand presentedtotheCommission today,with such 
changes,insertions or omissions as maybeapproved bytheMayor andInterimCity Managerandwhose executionshall beconclusiveevidenceofsuchapproval.
