All public records requests should be directed to the Custodian of Records, Lynn Haven City Hall, 901 C Ohio Ave., Lynn Haven, FL 32444; (850) 265-2121; PublicRecordsRequest@cityoflynnhaven.com. The definition of “custodian of records” under Florida law encompasses a number of employees at various locations throughout the City. Accordingly, for the purpose of s. 119.12, Fla. Statute, the City Manager, Lynn Haven Police Department, Lynn Haven Fire Department, Administration, and Finance have been designated to receive and facilitate public records requests for the convenience of the public.
