December Garbage Pickup

PART_1629222189288_IMG_20210817_123945 (1)

Offices will be closed

GARBAGE SERVICE will run it's regular hours these days. PLEASE have your can(s) out to the curb no later than 6AM on your day of service.

With this being said, I would like to take the time to remind everyone the DO's & DONT'S for your Garbage Collection, especially around this time of year.

Make sure you are not overloading your cans or stacking items on top of your cans. Lids MUST completely shut or your can is overloaded.

Don't cram boxes into your cans. When we pick them up we have to apply pressure to the cans (so they don't fall into the truck) If there is a box in that can, it becomes lodged and that box and everything beneath that box is not coming out. Take the time to break them down. If the box is bigger than the can, it will not fit into our trucks opening. Also don't break them down and lay them across the top of the can and close the lid. They will end up on the ground before they make it into the truck. Again, if the lid doesn't completely shut, that's overloading the can.

If you will please, break down all your boxes and place all boxes separate from your can(s) and separate from ALL OTHER ITEMS, we will be running a BOX ONLY TRUCK after Christmas.

BOXES ONLY PICK UP will be picked up with the claw trucks on your scheduled Yard Debris Day Starting December 28, 2021 and run through January 14, 2022.

Thank you for your cooperation and have a wonderful December!
