Notice is hereby given that the City Commission of Lynn Haven, FL (The City), will accept bids until 1:00 PM (CST) December 11, 2025, for the construction of the Tennessee Ave. sidewalk project. The Project consists of the construction of a 5-foot-wide sidewalk along the east right of way line of Tennessee Ave. between West 14th St. and West 5th St. The work primarily consists of the construction of a new ADA compliant concrete sidewalk. All proposed improvements shall be located within the existing right-of way.
Responses will be accepted by December 11, 2025, until 1:00 p.m. (CST) at Lynn Haven City Hall, 825 Ohio Ave., Lynn Haven, FL 32444, at which time all bids that are timely submitted will be opened and reviewed. The City reserves the right to award the bid to the lowest responsive respondent contingent upon FDOT approval and to waive any irregularity or technicality in bids received. The City shall be the sole judge of the bid and the resulting Agreement that is in its best interest and its decision shall be final. Bids will only be received from Contractors prequalified for work class Sidewalk (40), Drainage (7), as well as contractors and/or subcontractors qualified for work class Grassing ? Seeding and Sodding (12). Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. All terms, specifications and conditions set forth in this IFB are incorporated into your response. A bid will not be accepted unless all conditions have been met. Bid Security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
