Biography
I was born and raised in Port Byron, New York and joined the US Air Force on 8 February 1994 as an Aircraft Electrical and Environmental Specialist. In the summer of 1994 I met my wife, Angie, while home on leave. We were married on 26 June 1998 and she has kept me in line ever since. Our two daughters, Whitney and Courtney, recently graduated from Mosley High School, classes of 2020 and 2021. After serving 23 years with the US Air Force, we chose to make Lynn Haven our forever home.
My wife works at Lucille Moore Elementary School as a paraprofessional in the Autism program and I work on Tyndall Air Force Base in Program Acquisition Management.
Being actively involved with the community has been instilled into me at a very young age by my father who volunteered as a firefighter in my hometown. I’ve also volunteered my time and held leadership roles in multiple organizations such as Toastmasters, Air Force Sergeants Association and the Veterans of Foreign Wars.
I have lived my life by the 3 basic core values that were instilled in me since the day I started my service. Integrity, Excellence and Service before self. As a veteran, INTEGRITY has been the cornerstone of my life, and I expect our elected officials to be held to high standards.
I hope during my term that we can restore the trust of the residents, make smart decisions that substantially decreases the city debt, and make Lynn Haven the pride of Bay County again. I Look forward to serving you and listening to the concerns of residents.
