Becoming a Vendor
If you wish to become a Vendor for the City of Lynn Haven, please return a completed vendor packet to the Purchasing staff by mail or email. You can find the vendor packet below under Related Documents.
Please note: This is not a vendor application for any City events.
Are you enrolled in bid notifications?
Subscribe to be notified of all solicitations as they are posted by using the Notify Me® system. Sign in and then select either the envelope icon for email notifications or the phone icon for text notifications under the Bid Postings section.
Procurement Services
The Purchasing staff provides procurement services for the City. We give prime consideration to the City's interests while seeking to maintain and further long term, mutually beneficial, ethical relationships with suppliers. We strive to obtain the best possible price, consistent with the best quality of goods required for the job.
Goods & Services Over $35,000
All goods and services costing over $35,000 are obtained through a sealed bid process. Vendors who are registered with Purchasing from the City webpage will receive an email notification when new solicitations are posted. Bid opportunity documents are available to be downloaded from the City webpage for bid postings found here.
Euna OpenBids - Online Bid Portal
The City now has an online platform used to not only further advertise our bid opportunities, but to provide a secure method for vendors to submit sealed bids or proposals. Please visit our site here for all current solicitations available for electronic submittal.
Advertised Public Notices
The City is now a part of Bay County's publicly accessible website for posting notices that would normally be required to be in the newspaper. This website is now being utilized by the City for public notices and is available here.
