I understand entries received AFTER November 25, 2026 are considered late and will be added to the END of the parade as room permits.
You will receive the final Parade Prep email by Wednesday, December 2, 2026. Your number will be given to you when you check in with the STAFF member. Please do not get in line for the parade unless you received your number from the STAFF member. Please post this number clearly on the driver’s side of the windshield (if in a vehicle) and/or ensure all participants connected with your entry are aware of this number.
Parade line-up begins at 7:00 A.M. The main check point will be at 5th Street and Tennessee Avenue. You will receive a map and line-up instructions in the Parade Prep email. STAFF will also be available to direct you on location.
The parade will begin promptly at 9:00 A.M. Traffic will get very congested, please plan to line up early.
NO ANIMALS ALLOWED IN THE PARADE.
PLEASE no more than 2 (two) vehicles per space, excluding vehicle clubs.
Parade will END at the intersection of Florida Avenue and 11th Street. Do not stop at the intersection, continue along 11th Street after the parade.
Do not create excessive gaps in parade line and please no stopping along the route.

IF YOU VIOLATE THESE RULES YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE PARADE.
